Not only are
we staying at a 6 star resort but we are having gourmet meals. This morning it
was Bev’s turn to cook us a beautiful breakfast. After this we headed out on a drive along the
coast in a southerly direction, checking out some of the stunning beaches like
Peregian Beach and Coolum Beach. From here we headed inland to Yandina to visit
the Ginger Factory. We stopped here for some souvenir shopping and lunch,
before heading across the road to the Macadamia Factory where more purchases were
made. Returning home Rob did a great job turning the caravan around in the
confined courtyard so it is pointing in the correct direction for when we leave….should
we leave. Rob and Trev noticed that one of the vehicle’s tyres is wearing on
one side so we decided it will need a wheel alignment. Also after our lovely
roast pork dinner tonight, Rob noticed that one of his teeth felt a bit funny
and he has probably lost part of a filling so hopefully he will be able to make
an appointment with a dentist in Noosa to have it fixed. We could think of
worse places to be stuck.
